1. Perform the flag-raising ceremony and sing the National Anthem and the Youth Union Anthem.

Through this, commend outstanding groups and exemplary individuals for their learning spirit and awareness in school activities; and remind and correct students who have not followed regulations, discipline, and conduct well.
