The Cold Food Festival (T\u1ebft H\u00e0n Th\u1ef1c) takes place on the 3rd day of the 3rd lunar month every year. Vietnamese people traditionally offer glutinous rice balls (b\u00e1nh tr\u00f4i) and vegetarian cakes (b\u00e1nh chay) to their ancestors. This is not only a beautiful cultural tradition but also a beautiful aspect of culinary art. This tradition is deeply ingrained in the Vietnamese consciousness, so much so that every year on the Cold Food Festival, people eagerly prepare these cakes.
\nTo educate students about the significance of the Cold Food Festival (T\u1ebft H\u00e0n Th\u1ef1c) and to bring them joy and excitement, fostering patriotism and pride in national cultural heritage, the school organized a glutinous rice dumpling and vegetarian cake-making competition among classes on the morning of April 11, 2024 (corresponding to the 3rd day of the 3rd lunar month).
