NEW YEAR'S CELEBRATION PROGRAM – YEAR OF THE HORSE
The vibrant atmosphere of spring filled the schoolyard during the colorful and joyful New Year's celebration at Van Bao Primary School. This was an opportunity for teachers and students to reflect on meaningful activities and welcome a new year filled with joy and hope. The program began with a solemn flag-raising ceremony. In a sacred atmosphere, teachers and students turned towards the national flag, expressing their pride and determination to study and train well in the new year. The teachers' drumming to welcome the new year and the students' vibrant spring-themed dances conveyed wishes for a prosperous and happy new year to their teachers and friends. The quiz segment received an enthusiastic response from the students. Interesting questions about Tet (Vietnamese New Year), traditional customs, and general knowledge helped them learn while playing, expanding their understanding amidst lively laughter. One of the most anticipated moments is the awards ceremony for outstanding teams at the Banh Chung Festival – Preserving the Spirit of Vietnamese Tet. These square, green rice cakes, wrapped in banana leaves, not only showcase skillful craftsmanship but also preserve the beauty of traditional Vietnamese culture. The school also awarded prizes to students who achieved high scores in the "Van Bao Talent Search" competition. This is well-deserved recognition for the efforts, creativity, and willingness to express themselves shown by the students. The New Year's celebration concluded amidst joy and radiant smiles. We hope that in the new year, the teachers and students of Van Bao Primary School will continue to achieve many successes and create many beautiful memories together.
