CULTURAL PROGRAM
       The curriculum issued by the Ministry of Education and Training is the central focus. The school's professional council and teachers jointly develop a supplementary and advanced curriculum framework that ensures the provision of sufficient basic knowledge and skills while meeting the increasing proportion of advanced knowledge, ranging from 10% to 40% depending on the grade level and student group.

        In addition to traditional teaching methods, teachers also frequently apply teaching methods that focus on developing individual competencies.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROGRAM

       At Van Bao Primary School, English is taught with the goal of becoming a tool to help students learn and communicate. The school uses a curriculum. I - Learn Smart Start For grades 1 and 2, use the Global Success curriculum; for grades 3, 4, and 5. Designed to meet international standards.

        The Vietnamese teaching staff helps students perfect their grammar skills, review and reinforce their knowledge so they can confidently participate in gifted student competitions at all levels. The foreign teaching staff from the Oxbridge Group (OEG) helps students improve their listening and speaking skills, and achieve accurate pronunciation so they can confidently use English proficiently in daily life.

        Students also have access to Math and Science lessons in English, conducted by the partner company Viet-Australia International Education and Study Abroad Joint Stock Company, and STEM Robotics English lessons, jointly implemented by the partner company Binh Minh Technology Joint Stock Company, to easily access international standard programs.

MORAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS TRAINING

        Van Bao Primary School places special emphasis on developing students' abilities and character, helping them to be confident, empathetic, and honest in their studies and training. The school equips students with many practical life skills such as: educating them about gratitude, organizing activities to commemorate historical events, offering incense and inducting new members into the Young Pioneers at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House; visiting and laying wreaths at the martyrs' cemetery; educating them on "Traffic safety for children's smiles," "Promoting safe and efficient electricity use to prevent electrical accidents and ensure fire safety"; "Building beautiful friendships and saying no to school violence"... These skills are integrated into each subject and activity, helping students discover their hidden potential. The school always strives to create all conditions for all students to be confident, integrate quickly, and develop their abilities, always empowering them to have opportunities to express themselves.

ART EDUCATION PROGRAM

        Alongside the curriculum for academic subjects, students at Van Bao Primary School participate in art classes encompassing music and fine arts. Beyond fostering, discovering, and nurturing talent, studying these arts subjects provides students with opportunities to express themselves and build self-confidence.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROGRAM

        With a focus on holistic education, Van Bao Primary School always pays special attention to physical education and sports activities, physical training, and height development for students. Students receive one physical education lesson per grade level, following an advanced supplementary curriculum. They regularly participate in team-building activities integrated into physical education classes to foster a win-win mindset, promote a relaxed atmosphere, and enhance teamwork and cooperation.

        Each week, students at Van Bao Primary School have two physical education lessons, according to their grade level. Students can register to choose clubs such as: Football, Basketball, Chess, Aerobics, etc., and learn and train physically with a team of experienced teachers and coaches.

CREATIVE EXPERIENTIAL ACTIVITIES

        Knowledge and skills acquired through practice and experience will help students access new knowledge more easily and effectively. Extracurricular programs and "Creative Experiences" with diverse themes, organized monthly, provide an environment for students to practice soft skills, teamwork skills, presentation skills, and expand their social knowledge. Activities are designed based on the curriculum and the real-world needs of society. Each school year, students participate in two field trips and educational excursions. This is an opportunity for them to apply their learned knowledge to a real-world environment.
