Joining in the joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere of children nationwide, the school organized the "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" program in 2022 for its students, a moon festival with many attractive, beneficial, traditional, and sharing activities.
The Mid-Autumn Festival holds immense significance for Vietnamese children. Every year on this full moon day, children eagerly anticipate carrying lanterns, enjoying festive treats, and listening to the legend of Chang'e and the Jade Rabbit on the moon. For the students of Van Bao Primary School, too, the Mid-Autumn Festival is always a day filled with joy and memorable moments with their teachers, friends, and beloved school.

In addition, the Party Committee and the school's Board of Directors presented gifts to young Pioneers and children from disadvantaged backgrounds affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. These are small but meaningful gifts that will help the children excel in their studies.
In the joyful atmosphere of the festival, the students thoroughly enjoyed the traditional lion dance and other captivating cultural performances. Performed by the school's performing arts team.
Students participated in hands-on experiences making mooncakes with cute and adorable molds; and making paper lanterns. They paint folk masks on bamboo trays and cardboard, along with a variety of folk drawings suitable for children.
The Mid-Autumn Festival feast tables are decorated with a variety of beautiful colors. The elaborate and meticulous preparations are imbued with the meaning and symbolism of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Each class presents a dazzling array of colorful offerings, each with its own unique concept, yet all evoking a sense of familiarity and warmth.
