The Vietnamese Language Champion – All-Round Talent Champion competition will provide elementary school students with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with using the Internet in their studies, develop many skills, and compete with students nationwide. The Vietnamese Language Champion – All-Round Talent Champion competition is also organized annually in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Training, with multiple rounds of competition from school level – district/county level – provincial/city level and national level.

The competition targets elementary school students from grades 1 to 5 nationwide, creating an online platform for Vietnamese language learning, practice, and development. This is not only a place for students to showcase their understanding of Vietnamese culture, but also a platform for discovering well-rounded talents: intelligent, quick-witted, and creative, helping them develop comprehensively in the three main subjects (Mathematics, Foreign Language, and Vietnamese), as well as supplementary subjects such as Natural and Social Sciences, Music, and Fine Arts, according to the curriculum of the Ministry of Education and Training. Furthermore, it provides a system of lectures and self-study materials for Mathematics and English using advanced technology and creative methods to encourage students' eagerness to learn.

To create an intellectual playground for students and provide them with opportunities for interaction and learning, Van Bao Primary School encouraged students to actively participate in the Vietnamese Language Champion – All-Round Champion competition for the 2022-2023 school year. To facilitate student participation, the school consistently provided accurate and timely information to students and parents regarding the competition rules and schedule, enabling students to proactively prepare and achieve the best possible results.
