In implementing the Youth Union's work program and children's movement for the 2022-2023 school year, with the approval of the school's Board of Directors and the Youth Union of Van Bao Primary School, on September 21, 2022, the 5A3 Youth Union branch held its model Youth Union branch congress for the 2022-2023 term.
          Attending the Congress were Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong – Vice Principal of the school, Ms. Mai Thi Chien – Head of the Youth Union, the class homeroom teachers, and outstanding Youth Union members from grades 4 and 5. The Congress heard a report on the Youth Union's activities during the 2021-2022 term and the proposed plan for the 2022-2023 term. To further refine the draft plan, the Congress discussed and offered opinions on the issues of ethics in schools and environmental protection.
          After a period of intensive work, the Congress elected three members to the Troop Command Board. The new members of the Troop Command Board are full of enthusiasm and talent, promising to further strengthen the Troop's activities.
            The congress was a resounding success. You all read the pledge to work together in unity, strive for excellence in learning and training, and build a strong 5A3 class. We hope that the 5A3 class will achieve the goals set forth in the congress resolution this school year. The congress concluded at 3:30 PM on the same day.
