On the afternoon of December 16, 2022, the Trade Union of Van Bao Primary School, Ha Dong District, Hanoi, successfully held its first Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2028 term. Attending and directing the Congress was Comrade Dao Quang Huy, Vice Chairman of the Ha Dong District Labor Federation.

In coordination with the School Board, the school's organizations will disseminate information to staff, teachers, and employees to ensure strict adherence to the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and the school's and the Trade Union's regulations.
Furthermore, the Trade Union Executive Committee consistently cares for and takes care of the well-being of staff and teachers, such as coordinating with the School Board to review and compile lists for regular salary increases and early salary increases for teachers. They implement maternity leave policies for teachers, prioritizing those with young children. The democratic regulations in the school are strictly implemented according to the annual meeting of staff and employees at the beginning of the school year.
Simultaneously, the school has coordinated the construction of relatively spacious facilities, ensuring good working conditions and a "green, clean, and beautiful" environment. Annual inspections and monitoring of the implementation of policies and regulations on labor protection, safety, and hygiene in the school are conducted, ensuring "Occupational Safety and Hygiene" in accordance with Directive No. 04/CT-TLD dated March 3, 2017, of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; and organizing activities in response to the "Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene"...
According to Comrade Nguyen Thi Huong, to achieve outstanding results, the school's Trade Union has done a good job of propaganda and implementation, effectively, systematically, and scientifically. Particularly noteworthy are the patriotic emulation movements with innovative forms, depth, and breadth; outlining specific, appropriate tasks linked to each individual and collective. Specifically, these include emulation movements such as: the "Creative Labor" movement, the "Green - Clean - Beautiful" movement associated with building green classrooms and workplaces, always clean, safe and friendly classrooms for children; the campaign "Every teacher is a role model of morality, self-study and creativity"; "Innovation and creativity in teaching and learning"; the "Two Goods" emulation movement; "Good people, good deeds"; "Excellent in national affairs, capable in household affairs"...
Following this were discussions from union members in the school on matters related to caring for the well-being and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members, discussions on cultural and sports activities in the school, and discussions on innovating teaching methods and organizational forms.
