On October 10, 2025, Van Bao Primary School solemnly held its annual conference for officials, staff, and employees for the 2025-2026 school year. This is an important annual event aimed at evaluating the results of the previous school year's tasks and setting forth key directions and tasks for the new school year. The conference also provided an opportunity for each official, teacher, and staff member to demonstrate a spirit of democracy and solidarity, contributing ideas to build a stronger and more prosperous school.
The conference was attended by all members of the Board of Directors, and all staff, teachers, and employees of the school. The conference was held in a solemn and serious atmosphere, yet also very open, reflecting the collective spirit of responsibility and cohesion of the staff of Van Bao Primary School.
At the Conference, the Principal presented a summary report and the direction and tasks for the 2025-2026 academic year; the Chairman of the Trade Union reported on the results of trade union activities and the direction for the new academic year; and the Head of the People's Inspection Committee reported on inspection and supervision work over the past year. Delegates actively participated in discussions and contributed many practical ideas; the Conference also approved the regulations on democracy, internal spending regulations, and trade union spending regulations, demonstrating the spirit of openness, transparency, and solidarity throughout the school.
The Chairman of the Trade Union launched an emulation movement with the theme "Innovation and Creativity in Management, Teaching, and Learning," calling on all cadres, teachers, and staff to actively participate and strive to achieve many new accomplishments, contributing to building Van Bao Primary School into an outstanding labor collective. The conference proceeded with the signing of emulation commitments, agreeing on specific targets and measures to complete the tasks for the 2025-2026 school year.
