In accordance with Plan No. 273/KH-UBND dated September 26, 2023, of the People's Committee of Ha Dong District on responding to the "Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam" in Ha Dong District; and Official Letter No. 610/PGDĐT dated October 10, 2023, of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Dong District on responding to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
This morning, November 6th, 2023, Van Bao Primary School, in collaboration with Rainbow Media and Education Joint Stock Company, organized an event to celebrate the "Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam" with the theme "Helping Children Take Firm Steps in Cyberspace". The awareness campaign helped teachers, staff, and students enhance their understanding of the rule of law, responsibility, and compliance with the law. They understood the significance of Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, learned about codes of conduct inside and outside the school, and rules of conduct in the online environment. From this, the students derived the following safety rules for using electronic devices:

- Use for a maximum of 2 hours per day.
- The distance from the eyes to the screen should be 40-60cm.
- Spend 20 minutes relaxing for 20 seconds, or study for 2 hours and then relax for 20 minutes.
- Do not consume while eating.
- Do not use while using the toilet.
- Do not use while charging the battery.
- Do not use before bedtime.
- Use in well-lit conditions.
