During the flag-raising ceremony, students participated in the flag-saluting ritual, sang the National Anthem and the Youth Union Anthem, and were briefed by Ms. Mai Thi Chien, the Head of the Youth Union, on the rules and regulations of the Youth Union and guided on how to participate in group activities; and promoted good traffic safety practices when being dropped off at school by their parents.
