EXPERIENCING A MEANINGFUL COLD FOOD FESTIVAL AT VAN BAO PRIMARY SCHOOL
In preparation for the upcoming Han Thuc festival (the 3rd day of the 3rd lunar month), today the students of Van Bao Primary School had a very interesting and meaningful experience making glutinous rice balls and vegetarian cakes with their own hands.
Under the dedicated guidance of their teachers, the students not only learned how to knead dough and shape cakes but also gained a deeper understanding of the cultural significance of the Cold Food Festival – a beautiful tradition in Vietnamese culture.
These beautiful, round, pristine white cakes are not only the result of skillful hands but also embody the joy, excitement, and team spirit of the students.
The experiential activities have provided the children with vivid lessons, contributing to the preservation and dissemination of traditional cultural values.
