Implementing Plan No. 264/KH-UBND dated November 25, 2021, on the implementation of the National Program on land use. energy saving and effectiveness in 2022. This is one of Hanoi City's key tasks regarding the Green Energy model. In response to the program, Van Bao Primary School registered to participate and received support from the City: evaluating energy efficiency using energy simulation tools, calculating energy efficiency indices, building an energy management system; evaluating the application of innovative equipment and techniques with a high level of automation in line with Industry 4.0 technology.
On the evening of December 12th, the Hanoi People's Committee held the Award Ceremony for Green Energy Buildings and Facilities in 2022. The ceremony honored facilities and businesses that utilize green energy, as well as disseminated and replicated exemplary energy-saving solutions for similar establishments to adopt, thereby promoting efficient energy management and utilization, improving the city's energy efficiency; and demonstrating the city's determination to overcome difficulties and reduce energy costs for facilities and businesses in the process of international economic integration. Van Bao Primary School was honored to be one of 22 facilities achieving the 4-star Green Energy rating throughout Hanoi.
