In accordance with Official Letter No. 97/SVHTT/QLVH dated January 9, 2026, from the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports regarding the dissemination of short plays promoting the 2025 Code of Conduct, on the morning of January 26, 2026, Van Bao Primary School integrated the following topic into its weekly flag-raising ceremony: "Disseminating two video plays promoting the 2025 Code of Conduct," produced by the Hanoi Drama Theatre.

  This activity contributes to raising awareness and fostering appropriate behavior among teachers, staff, and students of the school; while also spreading positive values and building a safe, friendly, and happy educational environment.
